Thanks to the pandemic, we have all become a bit more socially aware and responsible when it comes to sicknesses. We isolate when necessary and avoid leaving the house when we’re sick. Plus, you may not always be physically able to make a trip to your neighbourhood clinic. That’s where telemedicine comes in handy.
Please call our 24 hour hotline 011-41661178 to arrange a tele-consultation session
Telemedicine is an online medical service which allows you to see a medical practitioner without actually having to go to a clinic or hospital. Armed with a smart device, our qualified and experienced doctors are able to examine, diagnose and prescribe medications virtually.
During the online medical consultation, Speedoc doctors will carry out a few physical examinations and ask some questions pertaining to your symptoms. Next, if you require a medical certificate, our doctors will provide you with one. Medications can also be prescribed and delivered to your home (charges apply) within 3 hours post consultations.
For some conditions, travelling to and from clinics or hospitals may be an issue or may not be necessary at all. With Speedoc’s online doctor consultations, patients can skip the queues in A&E, clinics, or hospitals and have the flexibility of getting personalised care at their own time, place and get medicines delivered to their home.
In some cases, all patients need is a simple consultation with a qualified doctor and medications to manage their symptoms until they feel better, and telemedicine helps reduce the time, cost, and effort required.
Speedoc online doctor consultation starts from RM30 per session for the first 15 minutes. We offer same-day medicine delivery after consultation if needed.
We keep your information private and secure.
Our doctors are all licensed with the Malaysian Medical Council.
