Speedoc video consultation

Telemedicine Malaysia

Thanks to the pandemic, we have all become a bit more socially aware and responsible when it comes to sicknesses. We isolate when necessary and avoid leaving the house when we’re sick. Plus, you may not always be physically able to make a trip to your neighbourhood clinic. That’s where telemedicine comes in handy.

What Is Telemedicine?

Telemedicine is an online medical service which allows you to see a medical practitioner without actually having to go to a clinic or hospital. Armed with a smartphone, our qualified and experienced doctors are able to examine, diagnose and prescribe medications virtually.

How Does Telemedicine Work In Malaysia?

During the online medical consultation, Speedoc doctors will examine you visually and then ask you some questions regarding your symptoms. Next, if you require a medical certificate, our doctors will provide you with one. Medications can also be prescribed and delivered to your home (charges apply) within 3 hours post consultations.
